Hoy, entre las 9:00 y las 14:00 hrs. se desarrolla la Jornada Profesional sobre el Régimen Comunitario organizada por las Oficinas Municipales de Información y Orientación para la Integración de la Población Inmigrante del Ayuntamiento de Madrid y destinada a técnicas y técnicos del ámbito social del municipio de Madrid.
En la jornada participan profesionales de la Subdirección General de Inmigración, Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social, Subdirección Adjunta de Extranjería del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, de la Red Internacional de Abogados Eureka y del Servicio de Orientación Jurídica del área de Extranjería del Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid.
El programa girará en torno al conocimiento del marco jurídico basado en el Real Decreto 987/2015 de 30 de octubre, se incorpora un nuevo artículo 2.bis al Real Decreto 240/07, de 16 de febrero, mediante, el cual la familia extensa de los nacionales comunitarios que antes de esta fecha, tenían que solicitar en régimen general una autorización de residencia por circunstancias excepcionales vía Disposición Adicional vigésimo tercera, ahora lo pueden solicitar como familiar de nacional comunitario, es decir, vía régimen comunitario.
