El programa girará en torno al conocimiento del marco jurídico basado en el Real Decreto 987/2015 de 30 de octubre, se incorpora un nuevo artículo 2.bis al Real Decreto 240/07, de 16 de febrero, mediante, el cual la familia extensa de los nacionales comunitarios que antes de esta fecha, tenían que solicitar en régimen general una autorización de residencia por circunstancias excepcionales vía Disposición Adicional vigésimo tercera, ahora lo pueden solicitar como familiar de nacional comunitario, es decir, vía régimen comunitario.
